Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date for any reason. No questionnaires, no friction — just email billing@entitude.com from the account that made the purchase.

2. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us from the address on your account.
  2. Include your order number (found in Account → Purchases).
  3. We confirm and process within 2 business days. Funds typically appear in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

3. Renewals

License renewals are not covered by the 30-day window. Renewals can be cancelled at any time from your account dashboard, which stops future automatic charges. If a renewal was charged in error within the last 14 days, contact us and we'll refund it.

4. Bundles & Lifetime Deals

Bundles and lifetime offers are covered by the same 30-day money-back guarantee. After 30 days, lifetime deals are non-refundable.

5. Chargebacks

If you have a billing dispute, please email us first — we resolve nearly every case the same day. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in license suspension while the dispute is open.

6. What's Not Refundable

  • Custom development work and bespoke engineering retainers.
  • Renewals older than 14 days.
  • Affiliate payouts already credited to a partner.

7. EU / UK Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under EU or UK law. You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase by contacting billing@entitude.com.
