1. Acceptance

By accessing the Site or buying any product, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Purchases & Payments

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes where required. Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe, Lemon Squeezy). We may suspend your license if a payment is reversed or charged back without prior contact.

4. License

Use of our plugins is governed by our License Policy. In summary: you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the plugin on the number of sites in your plan, with 1 year of updates and priority support.

6. Acceptable Use

• You will not reverse-engineer license validation, share keys or distribute the plugin.
• You will not use our products to host or facilitate unlawful, harmful or abusive content.
• You will not attempt to disrupt the Site or our license API.

7. Intellectual Property

The Entitude name, logo, marketing copy and Site design are owned by Entitude Agency Limited. Plugin PHP source is GPLv2 or later. Bundled assets (images, fonts, JavaScript libraries) remain subject to their own licenses.

8. Third-Party Services

Some plugins integrate with third-party services (e.g. WooCommerce, payment gateways, mapping providers). We are not responsible for the availability, terms or pricing of those services.

9. Warranties & Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We do not warrant that the products will be uninterrupted, error-free or that they will fit a particular purpose beyond what is documented.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entitude's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site or any product is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Entitude harmless from any claim resulting from your misuse of the Site, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or the License Policy. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or a notice on the Site. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of London have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law in your country grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
